These are wonderful! I especially like the insect choir.. there is so often a humorous or quirky element to these vintage motifs. Way back in time, when I first was drawn to quilts, I did not like Crazy Quilts... can you imagine?

I love the basket and the kittens. I love all the embroidery on the block with the initials.
What beautiful details. The bugs are wonderful, as are all the stitches and inking. Not so sure about the spider ;-)
